Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
You can request a return or exchange for one or more products by writing an email to cutomercare@magala.it within 14 days of the date you received your parcel. Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you have received them with the identification tag and seal intact.
1. Our costumers have 14 days from when the order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund. Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 14 days following receipt of the product(s).
2. Items must be returned in their original state with all tags in place. Garments that are returned with signs of wear, tags missing, or returned outside of our 14 days return window will not be accepted.
3. All returns are complementary. We will send you a return shipping label to use. We only accept returns with our return shipping method.
4. To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, undamaged, without traces of makeup or any perfume, with the tag attached, not worn beyond trying on and accompanied by all of its accessories.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES ACCEPTANCE
(1) Ensure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached. Please attach or write the reason of return.
(2) All products that come in their box must be returned in their original, undamaged box.
(3) Drop your package at your nearest shipping currier to the next address:
Via Bernardino Telesio 23, 20145, Milano, MI, Italy.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it, and if it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 10 days on the original paying method or we will exchange the package for other pieces.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
